The story of SADU

Scandinavian African Development Union (SADU) is a non- profit organisation without any political or religious affiliation. It's membership is open to all irrespective of nationality, ethnic belonging or sex.

In 2005 some Nigerians living in Sweden and their Swedish friends started SADU organisation in order to help alleviate the sufferings of the mass population of people living in the third world countries where help can not reach because of inherent faults in the administrative mechanisms in their countries. Consequently is was called Nigeriansk Svenska Utvecklings Föreningen (NSUF) until July 2010.

The name SADU was adopted on 12 of July 2010 because many other African and Scandinavian countries became involved.
